NOMAD

Motion Graphics

I created Nomad as a television broadcast branding project for a channel aimed at digital nomads, travelers, and creatives who love movement and global connection. Inspired by networks like Discovery and NOWNESS, the goal was to build a fresh, high-energy media identity that feels both adventurous and modern.

The visual system features a clean geometric logo using the Be Vietnam font to create harmony and fluid motion. I chose an energetic color palette of teal, deep forest green, yellow, and berry pink to capture a natural yet contemporary aesthetic. Circular shapes are used throughout the layouts as a central design theme, acting as framing windows for travel footage and echoing the concept of a shifting environment.

Using Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere, I built a complete suite of on-screen assets, including animated network IDs, lower-thirds, commercial bumpers, and programming grids. I mapped these out into a fast-paced broadcast sequence driven by an upbeat funk soundtrack, using text-mask transitions and geometric logo animations to shift between travel shows and channel information. This project was a great way to experiment with motion graphics, grid systems, and timecode scheduling for television media.
